This has got to be, hands down, one of the freakiest, most geometrically pleasing Tourmaline specimens in this size range that I have ever seen! Two skewed Tourmaline crystals grown parallel to each other on a doubly terminated Quartz crystal, both with sharp pinacoidal terminations and nice luster! The Tourmalines are rather wide, but quite short, which combined with their orientation on the Quartz and the fact that both Tourmalines are indeed doubly terminated, makes it a bit difficult to tell the prism faces from the terminations faces! A nice, solid pink color is present in the upper terminations, with a thin Schorl section that separates the bottom terminations from the rest of the crystal. They have a matte luster, slightly more subtle pink coloring, with hints of yellow and green. I could go on and on about this one, but suffice it to say, this is one of my favorite Tourmaline specimens I’ve auctioned… I cannot recommend this piece highly enough!

Please note that the picture shows different views of the same specimen.
