Two Calcite specimens here; one piece features several sharp, colorless rhombohedral crystals with nice clarity on a rocky matrix, while the other is a tight cluster of more complex, poker-chip shaped crystals, with a matte luster and milky translucency – both from the famous Tsumeb Mine! One of the richest ore bodies in the world, the Tsumeb Mine produced millions of tons of metallic ores as well as numerous varieties of minerals, in all sorts of combinations!
