Tourmaline and Lepidolite in Quartz from Minas Gerais, Brazil

Purple Lepidolite and a couple green Tourmaline crystals have completely infiltrated an otherwise perfectly ordinary, fully formed Quartz crystal! (Well, I shouldn’t say they ‘infiltrated’ the Quartz, as the Tourmaline and Lepidolite had already formed before the Quartz grew into them, absorbing them into itself as inclusions.) This is definitely an interesting specimen not to be missed!
