A very detailed carving of a human skull, done in a strangley soft pink Rhodochrosite from Argentina! The features on this piece must haven taken someone hours to carve. Someone not without considerable skill… Symmetrical and rather accurate compared to other skull carvings I’ve seen. Very interesting color on this one too, with some banding on one side. Don’t miss out! Please note that the picture shows different views of the same specimen.
