A very large Mimetite specimen featuring hundreds of almost white to butter-yellow, terminated crystals with good luster and the larger ones in tight clusters – all around a rocky matrix that is itself composed largely of Mimetite as well! From the eternally popular and long defunct Tsumeb Mine! One of the richest ore bodies in the world, the Tsumeb Mine produced millions of tons of metallic ores as well as numerous varieties of minerals, in all sorts of combinations! This is an unusual piece, fully displayable from either side! Gotta love Tsumeb minerals… I know I do! Please note that the picture shows different views of the same specimen.
