A very aesthetic specimen featuring lustrous, royal blue Azurite crystals juxtaposed against vibrant green sprays of Malachite, themselves with distinct chatoyancy! As for locality, the Milpillas mine will go down in history as one of the best Azurite and Malachite after Azurite localities in the world, if not THE best. There are many who say Tsumeb will always reign supreme, but that’s not without bias on my part. It looks great from either side, and is far better in person. Do NOT ignore this one! Please note that the picture shows different views of the same specimen.
